Course Description
"This text-centered certificate course is deeply rooted in the classical teachings of the Caraka Saṁhitā, presenting a comprehensive traditional scriptural framework of human well-being, righteous conduct, longevity, and cosmic order. Drawing directly from original Sanskrit foundations, this curriculum integrates shastric dietetics, scriptural lifestyle ethics, traditional models of sleep, community well-being, scriptural psychology, rebirth theory, and spiritual self-healing into one unified system, directly preparing scholars for advanced religious vocations and pastoral care."
"Learners will systematically explore how the body, mind, senses, environment, moral conduct, and karmic destiny interact to create inner harmony or spiritual distress. The certificate course emphasizes Svasthavṛtta (daily traditional scriptural regimens), Sadvṛtta (ethical conduct), Daiva‑Vyapāśraya (spiritual care), Yukti‑Vyapāśraya (rational lifestyle adaptations), and Satmya‑Vyapāśraya (habitual harmony), enabling students to understand Ayurveda not as a secular medical system, but as a profound traditional scriptural science of life."
"This program is optimized for advanced scholars of traditional scriptural philosophy, yoga practitioners, spiritual wellness educators, researchers, and all individuals seeking an ethical, text-vetted lifestyle grounded in authentic śāstric knowledge."
